When you order your DermaSensor device you will be offered the option of a monthly, annual or three-year term Support Package which includes software support and maintenance (i.e. over-the-air (OTA) algorithm updates, user interface improvements etc.), performance verification and device integrity monitoring, limited cover for accidental damage and access to DermaSensor's library of training materials. Selecting a longer-term contract will attract significant discounts.
