Once your order has been placed and confirmed, your order will be dispatched using the address you have provided. If you need to change the delivery address for any reason, the earlier you contact us, the more likely it is that we will be able to divert your shipment to another address.

If we are unable to change the delivery address of your order and delivery is made to the address you provided, it will be up to you to arrange collection of the device from that address.

If delivery is not able to be made, then the device will be returned to DermaSensor™ and will be re-shipped to you at your cost.
