When you have placed your order, set up your account with DermaSensor™ and completed the payment, your order will be prepared and dispatched, normally within 2 business days. If there are any delays to your shipment, you will be notified and updated accordingly. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed a Tracking Number.  Click on the link within that email to track the progress of your shipment.

All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery. You will also receive an email once your shipment has been delivered and signed for. If you receive this email but do not believe you have received the device, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with proof of delivery.  If you do not recognise the signature, we will lodge a dispute with our Courier and arrange an immediate replacement to be sent.

As all devices need to be activated on our system prior to use, any devices that are reported lost or stolen will be locked and unable to be used.
