The display is defective, damaged and/or dirty.
Solution(s):
Follow the cleaning and disinfection process to remove any material from the screen and/or restart the Handheld Unit by holding the power button for 10 seconds and then releasing. Follow instructions for charging and storage. Place the Handheld Unit in the Base for 1-2 hours while the white LED indicator light is illuminated. If the problem persists, contact customer support
