The Handheld Unit cannot connect to Wi-Fi or the internet

Cause(s):

The Wi-Fi router is not connected to an active internet connection or the Wi-Fi password is invalid.

Solution(s):

Follow instructions to reset the Wi-Fi connection and verify that the Wi-Fi router has an active connection.
